Returns and exchanges policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving your package. However, we cannot accept returns on custom-made items.

The products you wish to exchange or return must be in perfect condition, with no visible signs of use; otherwise, a return cannot be accepted. It's your responsibility to use appropriate packaging to ensure the items arrive in perfect condition at Yuwana.

For the return address, kindly email us at info@yuwanajewelry.com using the same email address you used when you purchased it and provide your order number.

Please be aware that Yuwana does not cover return shipping costs, therefore you will be responsible for them. Once we receive the item, we can arrange an exchange or a refund (minus the shipping fees), which will be processed within 15-20 days.
